The hosts, renowned for their confrontational skills, do some spot checking of popular holiday locations to help tourists in trouble. Whether it's a bad hotel, terrible food or sick kids, they'll dig up the dirt and confront the people responsible. Faced with the truth, the hotel operators and travel agents are forced to make things right and give the tourists what they deserved in the first place, a happy holiday.

Recently commissioned for BBC1 in the UK, the third series is in production for SBS6 and second series for VTM in Belgium.
